Description
Cape Barren Flying Geese Shiraz is hand harvested, then crushed and cultured yeast is added, fermentation takes place within 8 days. Pumping occurs twice a day and the temperature is kept between 23-25 degrees Celsius. So to enjoy the wine with the right taste.
