Description
Cape Barren Gruner Veltliner is made from grapes that are hand-harvested early in the morning when temperatures are low and then crushed. Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel at a very cool temperature of about 10°C until dry. The wine is then stabilized, filtered and bottled early to preserve the fresh fruit flavors.
