Description
The term “tatio” is derived from the Kunza language and means “appearance” and “oven,” but it is also translated as “grandfather” and ” “burnt.” El Tatio is a geothermal field with numerous geysers in the Andes Mountains of northern Chile; it is the third largest geyser in the world and the largest in the Southern Hemisphere.
San V Geiser Tatio Reserva Carmenere is a red wine belonging to a line of wines made from grapes specializing in aging wines, so the grape flavor is very complex, and the aroma lasts longer. During the harvest season, the grapes are hand-harvested, then maceration is fermented in cold temperatures for more than 18 days. 20% of the blend is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months.
