Varietal wines, distinct blends from select vineyards, come from Mendoza’s best parts. Each batch is harvested separately at different times, to achieve elegance and excellence in the wine.
Selection of bunches and grains, filling tanks by gravity. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts with gentle extraction by delestage and pigeage. Maceration on the pomace for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels.

Palate | This is a fantastic full-bodied example of Tempranillo with complexity, a smooth, silky texture, good acidity, and pleasant tannins. It ends dry and persistent with a spicy finish featuring more ripe, juicy tart dark fruit and plenty of lingering chocolate and tobacco notes. |
