In order to bring convenience to customers when shopping, we support home delivery.

The estimated time limit for delivery or service provision is 01-05 days from the time we confirm the purchase information. For inner city areas in Hanoi, the company will directly deliver goods within 24 hours from the time of confirmation. Receiving orders, for suburban/provincial areas, the company will use 3rd party shipping services (companies providing shipping services) and delivery time will be about 03 – 07 working days.

About shipping fee, theworldofwine.vn will be provided for orders within a 15km radius. For other cases, shipping fees will be charged according to the third party’s delivery fee. Shipping fees will be notified to customers by the staffs of Theworldofwine.vn during the process. Fees will depend on weight, order size and geographical distance, which will vary.

When ordering, please fill in all the necessary information as required to facilitate us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for cases of delayed or lost delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

Change or cancel the transaction

If the product has been shipped, the customer must pay the shipping fee if there is any change.

Normally, after receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to the customer with information about payment and delivery. Regarding shipping costs, we use an external shipping service, so the shipping fee will be calculated according to the shipping unit’s fee depending on the location and volume of the order. When we contact the customer to confirm the order, we will inform the customer of the specific fee.

Obligations of the carrier

• Ensure the complete and safe transportation of assets to the designated location, within the prescribed time limit.

• Refuse to transport assets that are not of the type agreed upon in the contract.
• Require the lessee to pay the full transportation fee on time.
• Refuse to transport prohibited assets, assets of a dangerous or toxic nature, if the carrier

Obligations of the charterer

• Pay the full transportation fee to the carrier within the agreed time and method.
• Provide necessary information related to the transported assets (including: invoices, delivery notes…) to ensure the safety of the transported assets.
• Look after the assets during transportation, if agreed. In case the charterer looks after the assets and the assets are lost or damaged, compensation shall not be paid.

Rights of the charterer

• Request the carrier to transport the assets to the agreed location and time.
• Directly or designate a third party to receive the assets hired for transportation.

Responsibility for compensation for damages

• The carrier must compensate the charterer for damages if the assets are lost or damaged.
• The lessee must compensate the carrier and third parties for damages caused by the transported property being dangerous or toxic without taking measures to package and ensure safety during transportation.
• In case of force majeure leading to the loss, damage or destruction of the transported property during transportation, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation for damages, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.

*Note: Due to the nature of the product being alcohol and only sold to buyers 18 years of age or older. Therefore, when delivering goods, theworldofwine.vn staff will have to verify that the consignee’s information is correct with the information of the person ordering and making payment by comparing the consignee’s ID card information. If the information is incorrect, our staff will refuse delivery.
